A Unique Beauty to Behold! This Cotswold/South Park Estate has been voted one of Charlotte’s most unique homes repeatedly. Boasting a custom built library from the Historic Belk's Building torn down uptown in 1999, an Antique Iron Staircase from Harlem, a shimmering silver leaf wine cellar.... are all just a prelude to the interesting morsels at every turn. This is no ordinary home, get ready to be enchanted by our 3000 Sq ft home Circa 1949, with all modern amenities. Sonos in all rooms.
The space:
Our home has recently been remodeled and has many lovely touches. A fully stocked kitchen with wonder coffee, teas including ALL luxury cooking amenities. A small home gym/office was just added. We try to be quick to respond to any questions. Please respect all the amazing high end extras/furnishings and accessories. Our CASA is YOUR CASA! Please note, the gas stove may need to be lit by a firestick on some stove eyes, it's in the drawer beside the stove. Spices are located in the columns beside the stove/hidden. NO SMOKING in the house. Gas fireplaces are easy but we may need to guide you. Amazing hidden IRONING BOARD in small mirror upstairs beside walk in closet. Upstairs shower WORKS but it has a fancy feature...you must pull down on the square part at the end of the faucet/spicket to start the shower. Sonos speakers in every room which can be controlled by room, it's amazing sound...plus surround sound in the living room. Two fountains outside. Gas grill and seating outside. Extra good WIFI, plus Netflix and other TV availabilities. Ice needs to be scooped out and not go through the automatic dispensary. But the water filter is changed...just push awkwardly. We've tried to list everything....but please let us know if you have any questions.
Other things to note
Beautiful setting for small weddings and events. Hopefully around 50 people or less. If it is more we can discuss. Most people order table/chairs/tent from local rental vendors. There have been many weddings/movies/videos shot at our location. We ask that you do not park on the street but we do pay extra to give you free parking at the church across the street.
